I feel compelled to write this letter to tell you what a pleasant experience it was to work with your agent, Jennifer Aronovici, in the sale of my house at 820 Clubhouse Drive in Aptos.
I met Jennifer probably a year ago at an open house in the Rio del Mar area. At that time I just casually mentioned to Jennifer that I was considering selling my home and moving to Bend, Oregon, but not for at least a year. She offered to view my home, provide her opinion of the market rate at that time, and help with suggestions on what items may (or may not) need improvement in preparation for a future sale. At that time I passed on her offer.
After that, Jennifer called a couple of times at approximately 6 to 8 months intervals to see if I were still considering selling my home. During these conversations I asked Jennifer a few questions which she always answered; and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out and got right back to me. What impressed me most about Jennifer was that she was always responsive, without being pushy or overly aggressive.
When the time was right for me, Jennifer is the agent I wanted to handle my sale. She came to my home, made suggestions on improvements, and also gave me her honest opinion on which upgrades I had in mind which might not be to my best financial interests. When my home was listed, I believe Jennifer priced the home absolutely perfectly. My home sold the first week on the market, at slightly over full price, while others in the neighborhood did not sell, and some have still not sold.
